When the Lender receives a draw request they forward that request on to Vantage and we quickly dispatch one of our inspectors to go visit the project.
Our inspectors have a combined construction and development experience of over 70 years.
We review each requested items on each draw and provide a detailed report with corresponding pictures for every inspection report for the lenders loan file.
